You have the right to return your item(s) within 14 calendar days of receiving your order—no questions asked.
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Original packaging, including jewelry box and any brand cards, must be included
• Items must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

• Earrings, for hygiene reasons, unless damaged or faulty

How to Request a Return
Please contact us at support@auceiaura.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and reason for return.
We will respond with return instructions and details.
Please note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Returns will need to be sent back to our designated studio. The return address will be provided upon request.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
• If approved, your refund will be issued via your original payment method within 5–10 business days
• Original shipping fees (if any) will not be refunded
Returned items will be carefully inspected to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to decline refunds for items that show signs of wear or are returned without original packaging.
