Yes, we use only natural freshwater pearls of the highest quality. Each pearl is carefully hand-selected for its unique luster and natural texture, ensuring it meets our standards of excellence. Due to their organic nature, every piece is truly one of a kind.

2. What materials do you use? Are they hypoallergenic?

Our pieces feature natural freshwater pearls, crafted with 925 sterling silver or 18K gold-plated materials, using nickel-free, eco-friendly processes. They are suitable for most sensitive skin. If you have specific concerns, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Can I return or exchange if I change my mind?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time.
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and customized or personalized pieces are non-returnable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns that arrive worn, damaged, or without original packaging will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
